What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with vehicle damage assessments and repair quotations
  • Supporting the assessor team with job costing, photos, and documentation
  • Liaising with insurers, customers, and technicians
  • Learning the full process of assessment and claim management
  • Working closely with experienced assessors to build your expertise

What we're looking for:

  • Automotive trade background (panel, paint, mechanical, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service
  • Desire to build a long-term career in assessing
