Camille Agency is an award-winning creative practice on the Mornington Peninsula, partnering with ambitious founders and brands with purpose. We're the external team that feels internal, delivering the design and marketing strategies that transcend the ordinary.

We're seeking an experienced Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our Mornington studio. This is a permanent part-time role with the possibility to lead to full-time, for a versatile creative with a strong background in working with lifestyle, real estate, public sector and beyond. We're looking for a hands-on creative thinker who thrives from ideation to execution, and who's equally comfortable collaborating with a tight-knit, values-driven team.

What we're looking for:

  • Lead end-to-end creative across a broad selection of clients.
  • Design premium assets for both print and digital that align with strategy.
  • Protect the integrity of a brand through every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with our team of strategists and creatives to shape campaign concepts and direction.
  • Contribute to digital marketing coordination (think emails, landing pages, social assets).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, and motion.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of design experience, agency or in-house, with a portfolio that shows breadth and brilliance.
  • Tertiary level design qualification.
  • A background in lifestyle, interiors, public sector or retail brands (extra points if you've nailed all four).
  • Sharp concept development skills and the design integrity to back them up.
  • A strategic mindset, you don't just design, you ask why.
  • Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Animation? A big bonus.
  • Organised, self-led, and unflappable under deadlines.
  • A natural collaborator who knows how to take the lead
    and
    take feedback.
  • Comfort with digital tools like Klaviyo and social scheduling platforms.
