Amazing Piano Teacher Wanted – Join Our Inner West Music School

All Age Music is on the lookout for a passionate, reliable, and inspiring piano teacher to join our Marrickville teaching team. One of our much-loved teachers is moving interstate, and we're looking for the right person to continue their amazing work.

This is a rare opportunity to step into five full days of established students, ranging from young beginners to advanced adult learners. We're after someone who brings professionalism, warmth, and a strong pedagogical foundation to their lessons – someone who can confidently work with students of all ages and levels, including those preparing for AMEB exams.

About the Role

  • In-person teaching at our Marrickville studios
  • Existing student blocks across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
  • Start: Term 1, 2026 (from January 27)
  • Students range from beginners to advanced, children and adults

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has strong teaching experience and genuinely loves inspiring students
  • Connects confidently with both kids and adults
  • Can balance structured AMEB learning with creative, flexible lessons
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with families and our admin team
  • Is reliable, organised, and a genuine team player
  • Is comfortable using tech and teaching online if needed

What You'll Need

  • Availability Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri & Sat during school terms
  • Bachelor of Music or equivalent experience
  • Working With Children Check
