- Matching client preferences and staff availability with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining up-to-date information in electronic rostering and client management systems.
- Monitoring support worker hours in line with industrial obligations and processing fortnightly timesheets.
- Liaising with staff, clients, and families to resolve scheduling issues quickly and professionally.
- Supporting your manager and team with administrative tasks as needed.
Here's what you can look forward to when you join our team:
- A supportive, values-driven team that celebrates your wins and encourages your growth.
- A meaningful role where your work directly supports older South Australians to live independently.
- Opportunities to grow your career in a reputable, community-focused organisation.
What We Offer:
- Salary Packaging: Increase your take-home pay with up to $15,900 tax-free through salary packaging, plus $2,650 annually for meals and entertainment.
- Leave Loading: Enjoy 17.5% leave loading to give your holidays a boost.
- Wellbeing Support: Access our Employee Assistance Programme and discounts on private health insurance.
- Career Growth and Development: Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities tailored to your goals.
- Flexible and Inclusive Work Environment: Experience a friendly workplace where your wellbeing matters.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a fast-paced rostering or administration environment, with great attention to detail.
- Confidence using electronic rostering systems, Microsoft Office, and client databases.
- Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
- A Certificate II/IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience (desirable).
- A current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
