What you'll do

We are recruiting several positions in this branch.

The branch is responsible for delivering a range of policy-related functions associated with the Commission's key strategic areas, which include capability, mobility and integrity.

You will be involved in policy-related work, and possibly integrity-specific functions including the maintenance of the Lobbyists Register and delivery of the Commission's functions in reviews of employment-related decisions.

Who we're looking for

You have good critical thinking skills, enabling you to explore issues, develop policy and communicate clearly. Your interpersonal skills will support collaboration within the Commission and externally. You will be organised, delivery-focused and flexible. Ideally, you hold a tertiary qualification in public policy or a related field.

This is an opportunity to use your policy skills to support high-quality public services and strengthen the performance of the Victorian public sector.
