About the role

At MercyCare we believe every child is a unique person and we work to bring out their special qualities and strengths. Join our experienced Early Learning team as a Diploma Educator. We have casual opportunities available at our Bassendean Early Learning Centre.

Our centres boast large nature playgrounds which enables children to explore and learn in an open play environment. We utilise a play-based approach coupled with child-led learning which encourages children's natural curiosity.

About you

You'll be looking for a role that leaves you feeling fulfilled every day and a passion for supporting children to develop their physical, language, cognitive, social and emotional skills.

In addition, you will also possess:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• The ability to engage in structure play-based learning with children
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Current HLTAID012 and CPR, or be willing to obtain one
• Working With Children Check, or be willing to obtain one
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
