West HQ is seeking a skilled IT Systems and Data Support Specialist to manage and secure our IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and data systems while delivering high-quality support and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain IT infrastructure security, performance, and availability.


• Manage WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and network access controls.


• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, AWS, and on-premises servers (AD, IIS, SQL).


• Aggregate and ingest data from multiple sources into a central database or data lake.


• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI.


• Manage IT and telecom inventories and asset lifecycle.


• Provide Tier 2/3 user and system support.

What You'll Bring:


• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Cloud, Azure, AWS, networking, and cybersecurity.


• Proven experience in data ingestion, transformation, and visualisation.


• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications:


• IT degree or equivalent experience.


• 3–5 years in IT systems administration and data analytics.


• Relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications (desirable).


• A proactive, adaptable team player comfortable working across multiple IT functions
