About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our Support Coordination team. In this pivotal role, you will lead, coach, and mentor Support Coordinators to deliver high-quality, person-centred services to NDIS participants. You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines, and maintain a small caseload to stay connected with participant needs.

About you

You will be an experienced Support Coordination team leader with comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS framework, the Disability Act, and related legislation. Your role will focus on ensuring participants achieve the best possible outcomes aligned with their individual goals.

  • Ensure participants are offered a range of support options that suit their needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with staff, participants, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships with external providers and programs offered.
  • Demonstrated commitment to person-centred approaches and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Disability Studies, or a related field.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
