We are looking for a highly organised Scheduler / Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. If you love keeping things running smoothly, thrive on juggling moving parts, and enjoy working with people and processes, this could be your role

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and scheduling daily and weekly service and installation jobs across multiple locations throughout NSW and ACT.

  • Allocating jobs & quote requests to technicians based on skills, workload, and location

  • Monitoring progress, delays, and rescheduling needs to keep jobs on track.

  • Liaising with clients and the service teams about bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups.

  • Ensuring smooth communication with staff in-store, on-site, and in the office.

  • Recording and reporting on job volumes, cancellations, and scheduling efficiency.

  • Supporting technicians with job details, access instructions, and special notes.

  • Helping management balance workloads and identify resource gaps.

  • Assisting with warranty/service call-outs and scheduling-related enquiries.

What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication – confident, clear, and professional with both clients and staff.

  • Ability to handle competing priorities and stay cool under pressure.

  • Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.

  • Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

  • Previous experience in scheduling, operations, customer service, or administration will be highly regarded.
