**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will undertake maintenance tasks at the direction of the Property & Procurement Officer including:

- Undertaking scheduled and preventative maintenance
- Conducting regular inspections to identify faulty equipment and perform repairs
- Organise the bins according to the weekly schedule
- Maintain the grounds of KOPWA including pathways, stairs, balconies and outdoor sitting spaces
- Prepare vacant rooms for new occupancy
- Cleaning as per the cleaning schedule

**About you**:

- ‘Can do’ attitude and self-motivated
- Ability to work autonomously
- Time management skills
- Maintenance skills highly regarded
- Current, compliant police check
- Covid vaccinations including booster

**About Us**:
KOPWA is a respected and accredited aged care provider located in the leafy streets of Roseville. Our facility is settled in lovely gardens enjoyed by the residents and staff alike.

KOPWA owns and operates a Residential Age Care Facility of 102 beds. The organisation also manages Home Care Packages, both Government supported and Fee for Service, that support clients in their homes, comprising package Levels 1 to 4. These services are provided in the Ku-ring-gai area and extend into the Northern Beaches.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
