About the Role

At PTG Group, we are experts and industry leaders delivering specialised solutions across a diverse range of engineering and construction practices.

Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a full time Marketing Coordinator to be based in our Brisbane CBD office to assist with PTG Group's overarching marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness, with full ownership from concept to completion, while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and media partners.
• Create compelling content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's direction and visual identity, while maintaining consistency and creating educational content for the audience.
• Create, update and design capability statements, brochures, CVs, Project summaries and presentations to support key personnel for external promotion.
• Assist in managing the company's social media presence, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. Develop content for posts across all businesses under PTG Group.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, trade shows, or exhibitor engagement with industry bodies such as Engineers Australia. Help maintain positive relationships with external vendors, partners, and clients.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Assist with managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and providing support for invoice processing.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
• A strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage workload independently.
• Creative thinking with the ability to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns.
• An understanding of the engineering sector is a plus.
