
Office Receptionist

Our Conveyancing firm is facing rapid expansion and are currently looking for full-time team members to join our close-knit team. Property settlement experience is advantageous but not essential, though we do prefer candidates to have fair office experience.
Candidate duties will include:
- Be the greeting clients and handling calls incoming calls to the company phoneline
- Liaising with clients, internal staff and other legal professionals including face to face communication and by telephone and email
- Administrative tasks and providing general administrative support as required, assisting staff with day to day tasks
- Filing and file maintenance, including email filing and electronic file management
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate keyboard, financial and clerical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Intermediate computer skills
- High level customer service skills and professionalism
- Excellent file management skills
Candidates would preferably have 1 year experience working in an office environment, and be able to speak Vietnamese. Work hours will be 9am-5pm 5 days a week, some flexibility is available for the successful candidate.
