About the Role

Civilcast is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role that blends campaign management, content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and strategic analysis.

Some of the initiatives you'll be working on

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Run multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead projects from concept to delivery with internal and external teams.
  • Develop creative briefs and guide communications.
  • Use market insights to boost campaign performance.

Content & Communications

  • Create brochures, eDMs, web content, case studies, and social posts.
  • Present ideas and outputs to teams and senior stakeholders.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Work with digital teams to refine lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Track and report campaign performance to inform future strategy.

Events & Sponsorships

  • Support trade shows, customer events, and internal functions.
  • Assist with logistics, promotional materials, and onsite support.

CRM & Administration

  • Maintain customer databases and campaign records.
  • Document marketing processes and performance metrics.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (preferably B2B, construction, or manufacturing).
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with creative development for print, digital, and video.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident presenter and collaborator across teams and stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm, self-starting and driven.
  • Creative and insight-driven with a knack for turning data into impactful campaigns.
  • Professional, dependable, and confident working independently or in a team.
