As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert clinical advice and compassionate care to patients and their families or carers, guided by departmental standards and input from senior clinicians.

Confidently working within your scope of practice, you will seek guidance from experienced colleagues when necessary.

Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with senior clinicians to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery. Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary health professionals are crucial to ensuring seamless, holistic care tailored to each patient's individual needs.

About you

We are looking for someone who demonstrates a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing clinical demands is important, as is being a proactive team player who promotes physiotherapy expertise within a multidisciplinary environment. Experience working within healthcare guidelines and a passion for improving patient outcomes will help you thrive in this role.

  • An eligibility list will be created for future permanent full or part time and temporary full or part time vacancies.
  • E-list will be generated for other contract / temporary roles that are coming up. This may include working at other local sites such as Community TACP, Wingham Hospital and Gloucester Hospital.
