Job Description

  • Cold and Warm sales calls
  • Respond to clients' enquiries
  • Assist buyers through the process of inspection and provide professional services
  • Maintain high level customer relationships and achieve sales target
  • Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc.
  • Networking and stakeholder management, including builders and the project developer
  • Social media content production

Requirement

  • A current Certificate of Registration or License preferred (willing to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to build a strong rapport
  • Confident in making cold outbound and inbound calls
  • Valid working rights in Australia
