We're seeking a professional and driven Acquisitions Manager for NSW, ready to drive prospecting for new opportunities, perform sound analysis and keep composed during high pressured due diligence periods. This role will join us on a 2-year fixed term contract initially.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in property acquisitions or property economics, helping to drive our pipeline growth in a dynamic environment.

In this pivotal role, you will work across the full acquisition life cycle from initial site identification, due diligence process, deal structuring and negotiation and ultimately through to transaction phase.

The role:


• Identifying and sourcing mixed use and development (residential) opportunities, off and on market;


• Dealing with agents, land owners and consultants in regards to acquisition opportunities.


• Manage external stakeholders involved in the acquisition & planning process.


• Preparation of development feasibilities with appropriate inputs from consultants, agents, financiers etc;


• Assisting with the preparation of preliminary concept plans;


• Research and analyse development issues, planning controls, market data and propose suitable solutions


• Negotiation of Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Development Management Agreements


• Prepare and present acquisition submissions.

What we are looking for in you:

We are seeking a driven, strategic thinker with proven expertise in acquisitions or property economics.

You'll have proven financial acumen, be an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills and be organised to manage multiple priorities and projects under pressure.


• At least 4+ years of relevant residential/mixed use acquisition experience in the Australian market.


• Relevant tertiary qualifications


• Track record of identifying and converting opportunities


• Excellent excel / feasibility modelling skills
