Summary:

This role requires a hands-on leader who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure compliance with gaming and liquor regulations, and support the smooth operation of service areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support gaming floor operations, including machine functionality, payouts, and patron engagement.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensure the venue is clean, well-presented, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ensure adherence to responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible conduct of gaming (RCG) requirements.
  • Support the Duty Manager with rostering, training, and general administration as needed.
  • Staff supervision to ensure all employees are conducting themselves in the CSCC way.

Qualifications:

  • Current RCG
  • Current RSA
  • Food Hygiene Certificate
  • 1-2 years experience in a gaming supervisor role or similar
