WHAT IS THE ROLE AND WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Senior Kids Product Designer to join our multi-category product team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of children's product ranges, delivering innovative and commercially viable ideas within the airline environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods and manufacturing processes, including paper goods, cut-and-sew, fabrics, and designing to cost budgets
  • Familiarity with testing and compliance requirements for children's products
  • Creative thinking with a strong understanding of design process, delivering projects from concept to completion with brand alignment
  • Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative and effective communicator, able to work with internal teams and external partners, receptive to feedback

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and innovative children's products
  • Translate conceptual ideas into compelling product proposals and presentations
  • Align product and graphic design to ensure cohesive and impactful outputs
  • Produce polished, client-facing presentation materials using InDesign
  • Create and manipulate visual concepts and imagery in Photoshop
  • Champion design integrity and brand alignment within cross-functional project teams
  • Lead the delivery of design outputs across multiple concurrent projects
