About the Opportunity:

We are seeking two Contract Coordinators to support the delivery of wet hire and VOC labour services across our clients in the Pilbara. This role can be based from either our Belmont, Newman or Port Hedland office.

Reporting into Head of Business Operations, you will be the main point of contact for allocated client contracts, working closely with our infield supervision and office- based teams to meet deliverables from quoting through to job reconciliation & invoicing. Job responsibilities may include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for allocated client contracts, managing quotes, PRs, POs and variations across wet hire and VOC labour.
  • Review planning, scheduling, mobilisation and dispatch of works to ensure delivery aligns with client and contract requirements.
  • Monitor job performance, costs and purchase orders, completing job reconciliation and supporting accurate, timely invoicing
  • Capture, facilitate and prepare required monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with contractual requirements.
  • Receive and interpret operational requirements from Clients and Customers and enter into our scheduling system

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

  • A minimum of three years of active experience in business development / scheduling / fleet management of Cranes or Logistics assets (in resources, construction, or heavy industry desirable).
  • Sound exposure and understanding of WHS & HSE legislation and code of practice within industry.
  • Sound relationships with Top Tier Mining Companies including HIO and RTIO (desirable)
  • National accreditation in frontline / leadership / construction management (desirable).
  • Current Driver's Licence - Class C
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Word and Excel – Demonstrated
  • Demonstrable Intermediate experience in scheduling platforms or CRM platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective decision-making and time management skills.
