About the OpportunityWith the commencement of our Gossan Valley expansion project, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. This site-based role reports to the Engineering Superintendent and operates on an 8:6 roster.

Your focus will be on coordinating construction activities across all non-process infrastructure, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.

This is a 12-month contract with the potential to extend to 18 monthsYour primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting project planning, construction sequencing, permits, and pre-start activities in collaboration with the project engineering team.
  • Coordinating day-to-day construction activities across multiple contractors and disciplines.
  • Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
  • Verifying ITPs and confirming works are constructed in accordance with design and specifications.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving constructability issues and site constraints.

About YouOur ideal candidate will have proven construction supervisory experience within the mining sector, along with the ability to manage contractor performance and foster a safety-focused culture.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • A trade qualification or equivalent in a mechanical or structural discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in structural, mechanical, and piping (SMP) and concrete supervision.
  • Exposure to civil earthworks, underground services, and brownfields tie-ins will be highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality assurance (QA) documentation.
  • A current C-class manual driver's licence.
