Busy Bees at Cameron Grove is a welcoming, well-resourced early learning centre with 94 licensed places, located in the community of Cameron Park, NSW. We are seeking a committed Full-Time Chef who is passionate about preparing healthy meals for children and supporting a positive team culture.

This is an excellent opportunity to bring your creativity, organisation, and care into a meaningful role within early childhood education.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals that meet dietary, allergy and cultural requirements

  • Plan menus aligned with Busy Bees nutrition guidelines

  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

  • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with regulations

  • Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed

  • Build warm, professional relationships with children, families, and educators

  • Demonstrate experience working in a childcare environment

  • Bring efficiency, creativity, and professionalism to the kitchen

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Food Safety / Food Handling Certification

  • Understanding of nutrition, allergies and menu planning

  • Strong time management and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Australian working rights
