We're Hiring: Super/Administration/PA
Melbourne | Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility (for the right candidate)
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in Superannuation admin within a public practice setting?
We're a dynamic and supportive accounting firm looking for an
experienced Superannuation Administrator
to work closely with one of our directors and help keep our office running efficiently behind the scenes.

varied role
, values teamwork, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a professional but friendly environment.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Assisting with the preparation of annual SMSF documentation and client packs
- Managing lodgements and correspondence with ASIC and the ATO
- Updating deeds (via Cleardocs) and preparing forms through CAS360
- Supporting client communications, file management, and compliance follow-ups
- Coordinating jobs, and handling general office admin
- Jumping in on ad hoc admin tasks that keep the team moving smoothly
- Working with other Admin to ensure efficient workflow and running of the office
What You Bring:
- Experience in Superannuation administration within an accounting/public practice firm
- Working knowledge of
CAS360
and
BGL Simple Fund 360 - Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with APS, Xero, or Virtual Cabinet is a bonus
