Meet Deliverect's Implementation & Consultation team A dedicated group of experts passionate about helping our enterprise clients succeed. We partner with clients to truly understand their business, then craft smart technical plans to seamlessly integrate our platform with their operations.
Our goal is to help them streamline processes, boost efficiency, and achieve their ambitious business objectives. With a friendly approach that combines project management, technical know-how, and a drive for continuous improvement, we provide tailored support to ensure clients get the very best from Deliverect.
Your Impact:
As an Solutions Consultant at Deliverect, you will be pivotal in ensuring new clients, from SMB to Enterprise accounts, successfully adopt and integrate into our platform. Your expertise in guiding clients through seamless implementations will directly contribute to their long-term success and satisfaction, playing a crucial role in Deliverect's growth and impact on the evolving B2B SaaS landscape.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Sydney office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
- Lead multiple implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise/Key Accounts), managing timelines, client expectations, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams for successful delivery.
- Configure the Deliverect platform to align with specific client requirements, integrating POS systems, online ordering platforms, and various third-party applications, utilizing tools such as Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform, and provide hands-on support during and post-implementation to resolve technical issues.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during the implementation process, escalating complex problems to Engineering or Product teams and ensuring timely resolutions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to relay client feedback, contributing to platform enhancements and ensuring a seamless transition of clients to the Customer Success team post-implementation.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to refine implementation workflows, streamline operational processes, and elevate the overall client experience, sharing insights with the Professional Services team.
What you will bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, customer support, or solutions consulting roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in project management, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, utilizing tools like JIRA or Asana.
- Technical proficiency in working with APIs, data management, and system integrations, including hands-on experience with tools like Postman for API testing.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and the ability to engage clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
- A solutions-driven mindset with a commitment to customer success and the ability to anticipate and address client needs proactively.
Nice to Have:
- Background in or strong understanding of the hospitality, food tech, or POS systems landscape.
