Are you an experienced Estimator looking for a well rounded role with a reputable builder developer? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and practical estimating experience across both sales and construction stages.

We're looking for an Estimator who can confidently manage end-to-end estimating functions  with a primary focus on Production Estimating (70%), and additional support across Sales Estimating (30%).

About the Role

Working within a supportive and experienced estimating team, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate estimates using Databuild, supporting the construction team in delivering well-documented builds, and assisting the sales team with pricing and variation requests when needed.

You'll be joining a builder with a strong pipeline, modern systems, and a collaborative office culture — currently based in Sydney Olympic Park, with a move to brand-new Norwest offices later this year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate production estimates for residential project homes
  • Assist in preparing tender estimates and BOQs for sales team
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow from pre-site to construction
  • Process and cost variations, updates, and contract adjustments
  • Maintain and update Databuild system with current pricing and specifications
  • Interpret building plans, engineering, and architectural documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all estimating outputs

What You'll Bring

Minimum 5 years' experience in residential estimating, ideally in a builder-developer environment
Strong understanding of project homes, site requirements, and build processes
High-level proficiency in Databuild and Planswift
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communicator and team player
Excellent documentation and time management skills
