About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Attendant to join our small logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock movements, receiving goods from couriers, and preparing consignments for dispatch. You will play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations efficient, accurate, and organized. You will also work as a support to other logistic operation teams, (Returns Department)

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and record incoming deliveries from couriers and suppliers
  • Prepare and pack outgoing consignments accurately and on time
  • Ensure goods are stored safely and systematically in the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems
  • Assist in regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation
  • Communicate with couriers preparing Con Notes / Manifests and internal teams regarding deliveries and dispatches
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company policies and health & safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift or move packages as required
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (experience with inventory or ERP systems an advantage)
  • Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
  • Forklift license or training (but not essential)
