This highly sought-after position is your chance to join a large enterprise based in the heart of Brisbane CBD on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fully onsite role, requiring you to work 5 days a week in the office. As an Entry-Level IT Support professional, you'll provide first-level phone support to users, ensuring they receive excellent service while solving their technical issues.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping others and eager to develop their IT skills. The customer is at the heart of all this business does, so it's really important that you enjoy helping solve their problems. If you have a friendly, clear phone manner and love providing exceptional customer service, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive first-level IT support via phone.

  • Work independently while contributing to a busy, fast-paced Service Desk team.

  • Help users with diverse technical needs, translating complex IT issues into simple solutions.

Skills and Experience:

  • IT qualification is beneficial but not required.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly phone manner.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

  • Adaptable communication style to cater to a variety of users.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in Australia.

  • Successful applicants will undergo a Police Check.

  • You will be working on a roster.
