Short Description: Looking for Infra Cloud Network Specialist

Location:  Melbourne, Australia 

Salary Range:  108, ,893 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Bottom-line responsibility of Infosys delivery
• Conducting various Governance  
• Drive /participate/coordinate key meetings with stakeholders
• Provide additional leadership support and technical direction for Operations Engineers.
• Azure DevOps.
• Management of resources deployed in Azure and Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Resource provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and optimization. Integration of GCVE and cloud resources for hybrid deployments.
• Cost optimization strategies and monitoring for cloud-based resources.
• Implementation and management of disaster recovery solutions in the cloud
• Day to Day Operational support of Production and non-production environments across all in-scope services.
• Provisioning, management, and optimization of virtualized infrastructure using VMware technologies, leveraging the Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE).
• Capacity management to ensure resource availability and performance optimization.
• Virtual machine provisioning, cloning, and lifecycle management.
• Creation and management of server SoE's in accordance with information security policies – currently manage an approximate 80% Windows and 20% Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Solaris) environment.
• Management of remote desktop solutions for non-production environments and remote access use cases

• Azure, Azure DevOps pipeline, Version Control System (Git)
• IaC Automation( Terraform/Ansible, Bamboo, Octopus)
• Networking concept, Anisible
• Agile Principles
• Documentation, Operational Readiness Check, As-Built documentation, Monitoring and Alarm Instructions,
• Understanding customer requirements and project KPI's
• Technical Troubleshooting, Scripting (Powershell, Python, yaml, HCL)
• Diagrams - Visio, Powerpoint

• System Integration, VMware(vSphere, NSXT, VRNI)
• Strong Design and Development exposure to .NET/MVC/SQL
• Azure/GCP/Cloud Technologies
• Networking (Routing and Switching), Commvault/Metallic
• Windows Technology (SCCM, GPO, AD)
• Redhat Linux
• Virtual Desktop Infra (VDI)
• SD-WAN (Aruba), Firewall (Palo Alto, NSX, Azure)
• Data Encryption, Cloud Storage, Cloud Compute, Azure Networks
• Security (Palo Alto, Azure Security, Azure Policies, micro segmentation, etc)
• Cloud Security, Compliance/Regulatory, Load Balancing ( AVI, Cloud Load Balancing)
• Identifying and proposing key improvements
• Monitoring and Logging Solutions (Splunk)
• Containerization
