About the Role

Due to increased growth, we are seeking a self-motivated team player to join our manufacturing team. These positions are located at our manufacturing plant a Gembrook and will involve a variety of metal fabrication tasks with the emphasis on quality and safety.

Noble Trading Manufacturing is a company that prides itself on delivering excellent storage and warehouse pallet racking solutions for its customers across Australia. We are passionate about providing a great customer experience be designing, manufacturing and installing fit for purpose warehouse storage solutions for our customers.

The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communications skills and reside within a reasonable travelling distance of Gembrook, Victoria.

The duties of this person will include:

  • General metal fabrication work such as punching, pressing, cutting and bending mild steel
  • Preparation of products for power coating
  • Operation of a power coat line
  • Perform general duties within a metal fabrication plant
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Manual handling

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Must be an Australian citizen or have a working visa
  • Strong team player
  • A can-do attitude to all tasks
  • Physically fit and healthy
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg as required
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Good attendance record
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
  • A strong safety approach to everything

The following background and experience would be an advantage:

Some experience with metal fabrication and welding would be an advantage

Minimum of 1+ years experience in metal fabrication is required

A current forklift licence would be an advantage

The successful candidate must have their own vehicle and a current Victorian driver's licence.

These roles are fulltime positions Monday to Friday working a 40 hour week based out of our Gembrook plant. The successful applicants would be expected to commence as soon as possible. Applications should be no more than 2 pages.
