The Role:

As a Support Coordinator, you'll empower NDIS participants to take control of their plans while connecting them to life-changing supports. This is a full-time role with hybrid/remote flexibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help participants understand and maximise their NDIS plans.
  • Connect clients to tailored supports (health, education, housing, and more)
  • Reduce barriers to plan implementation through advocacy.
  • Build participant confidence and independence.
  • Collaborate with families, providers, and community networks.
  • Prepare for plan reviews and track progress toward goals.

About You:

  • Experience in NDIS Support Coordination (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
  • Existing caseload or strong local networks (highly regarded)
  • Deep knowledge of NDIS frameworks and participant rights
  • Ability to meet 30 billable hours/week KPIs.
  • Tech-savvy – Proficient in MS Office and NDIS portals
  • Exceptional communicator – Builds trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-driven yet team-oriented – Works well independently and collaboratively
