Do you possess a passion for escape rooms, coupled with a sharp eye for detail and exceptional customer service abilities? We're on the lookout for a skilled Game Master to join our team in a Casual Position at our Cannington/Victoria Park store location:

Cannington Store: Unit 7/1451 Albany highway Cannington WA 6107.

Victoria Park Store: 295 Albany highway Victoria Park WA 6100.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Customer service experience
  • Bubbly, friendly personalities love to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Logical and Critical thinking
  • Excellent prioritizing skills

Task & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that guests understand what they're supposed to be doing.
  • Explaining any rules.
  • Ensuring the safety of guests
  • Providing a positive experience for guests. In any case, they need to be able to engage with and enthuse your customers.
  • Resetting rooms in-between games.
  • Administrative tasks such as taking payments and learning our software, answering enquiries on the phone etc.
  • Helping with clues where this is permitted for guests. In certain situations, the Game Master remains in the room, whereas in others, they might be watching on-camera and contacted via walkie-talkie.
  • Money Handling

Work Eligibility:

  • Permitted to work in Australia (Required)
  • Fluent spoken/written English
  • We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who can work both weekdays and weekends, with a minimum of 12 hours per week. For more details on our opening hours, please visit our website.

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
