Do you possess a passion for escape rooms, coupled with a sharp eye for detail and exceptional customer service abilities? We're on the lookout for a skilled Game Master to join our team in a Casual Position at our Cannington store location:
**Cannington Store: 7/1451 Albany highway Cannington WA 6107.**

- Excellent prioritizing skills
- **Task & Responsibilities**:_
- Ensuring that guests understand what they’re supposed to be doing.
- Explaining any rules.
- Ensuring the safety of guests
- Providing a positive experience for guests. In any case, they need to be able to engage with and enthuse your customers.
- Resetting rooms in-between games.
- Administrative tasks such as taking payments and learning our software, answering enquiries on the phone etc.
- Helping with clues where this is permitted for guests. In certain situations, the Game Master remains in the room, whereas in others, they might be watching on-camera and contacted via walkie-talkie.

- Permitted to work in Australia (required)
- Fluent spoken/written English
- We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who can work primarily on weekends, with a minimum of 12 hours per week. Weekday shifts may also be available once you are fully trained, depending on weekly shift availability. For more details on our opening hours, please visit our website.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
