Maintenance Fitter (AM Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team and ensure the ongoing reliability, safety, and efficiency of our fixed plant, property, and equipment. This hands-on role is vital in keeping our operations running smoothly through proactive maintenance, swift response to breakdowns, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Carrying out preventative and routine maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
  • Responding promptly to breakdowns and urgent repairs to keep production moving.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to plant safety and performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work, parts usage, and preventative maintenance
  • Supporting minor projects, equipment upgrades, and adherence to all company and legislative safety standards.
  • Contributing to a strong safety, environmental, and quality culture across the team.
  • Participating in after-hours call outs, overtime, and weekend work as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Flexibility to work on-call and outside standard hours when required.
