Position: 2IC, Completely Off The Floor

Qualification: Diploma of Children's Services or higher (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Responsibilities: You will support the Centre Director with the day to running of the centre.

ANZUK education are supporting an exceeding centre who are seeking their next assistant director to come on board and hit the ground running. This is a completely off the floor position and you will take a hands on part in leadership and admin.

  • You will help with off the floor management tasks such as processing enrolments, processing fees, day to day rostering etc.
  • Salary: up to $50 per hour depending on experience.

  • You will oversee day-to-day operations in the absence of the centre manager

Essential Criteria:

  • Diploma of Children's Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the sector
  • Previous experience of working as an assistant director or educational leader (3 years minimum)
  • Current first aid certifications and WWCC
  • Experience with childcare admin systems is desired or an admin background
  • You will have a friendly and warm personality, and feel comfortable building relationships with new parents and the wider community
