About Us

At Schnitz, we are passionate about serving fresh, quality schnitzels made to perfection. Our Martin Place store is a busy and vibrant location in the heart of Sydney's CBD, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail/ Hospitality Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to deliver excellent customer service
  • Lead, train, roster, and supervise staff to maintain company standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations
  • Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory control
  • Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints effectively
  • Monitor sales performance, control costs, and achieve business targets
  • Report to the Area Manger/Franchise Owner on business performance

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of retail or hospitality management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Knowledge of rostering, budgeting, and stock control
  • Understanding of food safety and workplace compliance requirements.

Salary & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $73150- $80000 plus superannuation
  • Full time, 38 hours per week
