We are currently recruiting multiple Occupational Therapist positions across Melbourne, partnering with a wide range of private practices, not-for-profit organisations, hospitals, and school-based services.

Occupational Therapist – School-Based (12 weeks paid holidays)**
• Non-NDIS | No KPIs
• School hours only
• Large MDT (20+ OTs) with senior supervision
• $85,000 – $110,000 + super

Occupational Therapist – Adult Caseload (Clinic-Based)

• Clinic-based role with onsite parking

• Up to $120,000 + super

• Non-NDIS | No KPIs

• Clear career progression pathway.  

Occupational Therapist – Team Leader

• Not-for-profit organisation

• 9-day fortnight

• $100,000 – $130,000 + super + salary packaging

• Salary packaging up to $15,900 + $2,650 meals & entertainment

• Advisory-focused role with excellent work–life balance

Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics (Not-for-Profit)

• Clinic-based only (no home or school visits)

• $80,000 – $110,000 + super

• Flexible working arrangements

• Purpose-driven organisation

• Excellent transport access and parking

• Full-time or part-time available

Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics (Clinic-Based | Hybrid)

• Flexible full-time or part-time options

• Hybrid model 

• No travel required

• Junior to Team Leader opportunities

• $85,000 – $110,000 + bonuses

• Structured 3 months induction

• Weekly supervision and mentoring

• Large sensory gym and consistent caseload

About you
• Qualified Occupational Therapist

• Current AHPRA registration

• Interest in one or more practice areas (paediatrics, rehab, mental health, aged care, schools, or non-clinical)

• New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
