About the role
Based in our Horsley Park office, this role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the full recruitment life cycle, learning and development, and performance management for employees. Day to day duties include:
- Conduct the full recruitment cycle for our EA and wages employees, including onboarding/ offboarding requirements, and management of probation periods
- Write and place advertisements, screen, and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, extend employment offers and conduct employee onboarding
- Issuing of employee contracts and liaise with payroll to ensure appropriate remuneration is maintained
- Undertake & manage the employee professional development plan (PDP) program
- Maintaining of training and recertification in our competency management system
- Booking of training and medical requirements
- Assist with the ERP system, including procurement, invoicing, AP/AR
- Adhoc general admin tasks
About you
- Discipline in Human Resources management or other business stream (desired)
- Must have a high attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to problem solve
- Team player willing to get involved across the business
