About Us

Keep Moving is a well-established locally owned and operated Northern Territory business, established in 2006. Keep Moving provides assistive technology equipment solutions to hospitals, primary health care clinics, aged care facilities, disability, and rehabilitation sectors, and individuals requiring assistive technology and support.

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Project Manager to deliver accessibility projects that improve the lives of people with disabilities.

Project scopes range from ramps & grab rails, ceiling hoists & platform lifts and inclusive facilities. You will manage projects end-to-end from initial consultation through to completion.

About You

You are someone that loves a fast-paced environment, you're able to adapt quickly, manage workloads and meet deadlines. You will love mentoring and training others.

You will bring:

  • Background in building, carpentry, trades, or architecture (highly desirable).
  • Project management or administration experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manage compliance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team.
  • A friendly, proactive, and professional personality with a desire to listen, understand and assist with client needs

You must be able to work in Australia with no restrictions and resident in the Darwin area. We will consider immigration sponsorship for the right person. Willingness to travel to remote communities a bonus.

What You Will Do

  • Manage residential, commercial, and public accessibility projects.
  • Liaise with OTs, builders, architects, and support coordinators.

  • Oversee quoting, budgeting, procurement, and installations for:

  • Ramps

  • Grab Rails
  • Stair Lifts
  • Platform Lifts
  • Home Elevators
  • Ceiling Hoists and Change Tables
  • Pool Hoists
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS and building standards.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Other duties within the team as required.

Required Licenses and Compliance Checks

  • A full driver's license
  • Current National Criminal records check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
