Graduate/Junior Software Engineer – CRM & Tech Support

ProjX Australia is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate/Junior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career who's eager to build their skills in software development, CRM enterprise solutions, and general tech support within a fast-paced business environment.

About the Role

You'll be working alongside experienced team members, gaining exposure to CRM platforms and broader technology systems. Your role will include:

  • Assisting with the customisation and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Supporting system integrations between CRM, websites, and marketing tools
  • Helping to set up dashboards, reports, and automations under guidance
  • Providing basic IT and tech admin support (licence management, troubleshooting, updates)
  • Assisting with data entry, validation, and ensuring accuracy within our systems
  • Learning how to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Documenting processes and providing support for internal teams

About You

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
  • Some exposure to programming through university projects or internships
  • Interest in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) and a willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proactive and curious, with a genuine interest in growing your technical expertise
  • Previous internship or part-time IT experience is a bonus but not essential
