We're seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Functional Consultant to join our Oracle practice. In this role, you'll use your deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud to design, configure, and optimize HR solutions that empower our clients' workforce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, Absence Management, and Payroll Interface.
  • Work across the full project lifecycle — from design and configuration through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective HCM solutions.
  • Support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external payroll systems.
  • Perform system configuration, data validation, and business process alignment to ensure optimal performance and usability.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, recommend improvements, and contribute to continuous system enhancement.
  • Participate in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, Absence, and Payroll Interface.
  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and supporting integrations to payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges.
  • Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience across the end-to-end HCM project lifecycle, from design through support.
  • At least one Oracle Fusion HCM Certification required.
