THE ROLE
Responsibilities And Duties Include
- Manage on-site works of projects from initial site set up to completion
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
- Oversee the project site, plant & equipment are maintained and in working order
- Effective cost control and running of projects to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate direct labour, labour-hire and subcontractors
- Ensure the efficient and appropriate delegation of work activities
- Complete project progress reporting and weekly meetings
- Provide advice on any technical, trade or engineering issues (if applicable)
- Drive problem-solving and lead in developing innovative solutions
About You
- Trade or construction background with previous experience working on construction remediation projects
- Team player with solid negotiation and influencing skills
- Frontline management or leadership experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
- Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills
- Current Driving Licence
- Expertise in site management and delivery, budgeting, stakeholder and subcontractor management, documentation and approvals
