  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and accounting or business systems.
  • Motivation as a self-starter, resourceful at solving problems.
  • Willingness to be part of a team, to be counted on and valued.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Maintains a professional appearance in line with company standards and role requirements.
  • A current RSA Competency Card (essential) & RCG (advantageous).

While previous experience in hospitality (food & beverage) or administration is important, we also place great importance on your attitude to learn and adapt, and flexibility to work collaboratively within a team.
