Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Cleaning Supervisor. This role involves managing a site cleaning team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing leadership to both the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations.
  • Managing shift rosters, including core and ad-hoc shifts.
  • Providing leadership and operational support to cleaning staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality systems.
  • Conducting service delivery audits and preparing reporting requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Control Panels, Access Control systems, and emergency processes.
  • Ability to mentor staff and drive performance.
  • In-depth understanding of workplace safety and the ability to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
