As a Data Governance Officer for Intrepid Travel, you'll support the development, implementation and adoption of Intrepid's data governance framework and policies. Collaborating globally across the business you'll drive consistency in our data definitions, master data management and data lineage practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all data assets. You'll also be supporting the creation and implementation of data governance strategies to support data-driven decision-making and mitigate risks to help us achieve our ambitious 2025 goals and beyond.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a hybrid work model, in our centrally located Melbourne HQ.

Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include:

  • Expertise in data governance and master data management, paired with excellent knowledge of data analytics and data lineage.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to influence decisions and inspire action.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a solid understanding of business needs and a customer-focused approach beyond technical aspects.
  • Data Governance or related data analytics certification would be advantageous
