Zarraffa's Coffee Heathwood has positions available for an Assistant Manager, Supervisor and Barista to join their enthusiastic team.

Barista responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service
  • Cashing Orders
  • Making Coffee

Supervisor responsibilities also include the below tasks:

  • Reconcile till
  • Supervise fellow staff
  • Stock control
  • Responding to customer feedback
  • Food assembly responsibilities
  • Responsible for open & closing of store

As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take "ownership" of successful stores. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard-working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment.  You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store. Full training and support will be provided, and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.

Assistant Manager responsibilities also include;

Fulfil all responsibilities and duties of a supervisor as well as and not limited to the following;

  • Assisting Supervisor's with shift positioning & break management
  • Monitoring wages with on a daily basis in conjunction with the Area Manager
  • Place and receive all orders, ensuring minimal waste whilst keeping store stocked always
  • Assist in recruitment, induction, management and training staff
  • Liaise with suppliers and deal with any issues that may arise professionally and in a timely manner

The positions are full time, part time and casual, a seven-day flexibility is required, including weekends, early morning opens and late-night closes.

Previous Barista experience is preferred.
