Flight One Group has established high quality campuses boasting top-tier training facilities in Brisbane at Archerfield Airport, Gold Coast International Airport and in Adelaide within the airport. We have a third-party arrangement with V2 Helicopters based in Archerfield to deliver the helicopter qualification.

Role Description:

The position is based in our Archerfield office located at 4 Qantas Avenue, Archerfield. The position is a full-time onsite, in office role until July 2026. The role will include assisting the finance team with a number of specific tasks including working across two Registered Training Organisations, our third-party provider, as well as internal Group entities. The student support will involve meeting with students on their status of progression for VET Student Loans (VSL) reporting, progression surveys, scheduling and remedial flights. This also involves the booking of student's exams and equipment allocation to support the instructors with student requirements. This role also requires general reception and administration duties as required.

  • High energy, positive attitude, and professional presentation
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Organised and capable of managing time and multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

  • Team-oriented and discreet with sensitive information

  • Familiarity with aXcelerate SMS/LMS

  • Experience in RTO or training environments
  • Finance/bookkeeping qualifications would be desirable
