ScreenAway is a thriving national business, designing and selling the latest technology for indoor retractable blinds and fly screens. We offer premium products and solutions tailored to our customer's individual needs.

Due to continuous growth, we are looking for our next superstar Customer Service/ Operations Scheduler to join the team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is incredibly organized with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.  You will be responsible for coordinating the installation of our custom-designed blinds. This includes managing trade resources, ordering, installation schedules, and providing after sales service.

About You:

  • Prior experience in customer service, project coordination or the home improvement industry
  • Comfortable dealing with client requests and concerns
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Possess a positive and energetic personality.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.  Able to communicate with Management, clients and tradespeople.
  • A motivated self-starter who, whilst still part of a team, does not lose sight of the individual tasks and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Installation targets through the efficient management of Trade resources and workflow
  • Ensure exemplary customer service for ScreenAway customers.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to customer interactions.
  • Provide client service and ongoing support. Ensure swift resolution of all enquiries and concerns.
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Processing, finalising, and invoicing orders.
