We're a family-owned business that takes pride in delivering fast, reliable, and personalised service — and now, we're looking for a Mechanic / Service Technician and a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team.

Experienced Mechanic/Service Technician

Do you take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and solving mechanical challenges? We're looking for a Mechanic / Service Technician with a passion for engines and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Whether you're an experienced small engine tech or come from a broader mechanical background, if you've got the skills and the attitude, we want to hear from you. You'll be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of equipment, ideally with a focus on small engines and outdoor power tools. Your work will help keep our customers' equipment in top condition, and your technical expertise will be valued and appreciated.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanic or Service Technician
  • Experience with small engines and outdoor power equipment is highly regarded
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
Customer Service Representative

We're also looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Representative to be the face of our business, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
  • Provide product advice and service updates
  • Manage bookings and job scheduling
  • Process sales and transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house
  • Manage spare parts
