The Opportunity:

Our Technical Advisory Representatives are trusted technical experts that deliver technical knowledge and support to our Field Technicians and Authorised Service Centres on our appliances and Haier Appliances, HVAC and Hot Water products. Responsible for technical and warranty claim support, this role will focus on our total product suite, ensuring smooth operational excellence of our field teams to deliver to our customers.

Based in our Technical Advisory Centre in Lytton, in this highly collaborative office-based function, you will:

  • provide regular technical support to service providers, dealers and retailers
  • check products and parts to assist with correct part identification and service procedures
  • identify and provide to our service network the correct service literature and information required to help with efficient repair and service of our appliances
  • undertake training to ensure accurate knowledge of product operation, installation and servicing techniques

Our ideal applicant

We are looking for someone who is experienced in appliances with some experience in HVAC and Hot Water, and how these impact on and benefit our homes. With extensive experience in appliance servicing on the tools, you will want to move into a more technical role advising and directing others with your extensive knowledge and experience.
