Twirll is looking for a dynamic and hardworking Customer Success Executive who have only one mission make customer successful.
We are looking for a person with a passion to work with businesses, understand their problems and deliver solution for business need. This is one of the very important roles in our company. You will join our team to work with the latest technologies to deliver new features and improvements on a daily basis.
The successful candidate for this role will be working with our core product, sales, architects, development and solutions team to drive customer success through Twirll platform. This is a unique opportunity to engage 1:1 with some of the most progressive technologists & businesses in the industry. We're looking for someone that loves technology, ready to solve problems, passionate about what they do, treats customers like partners

LOCATION:
- Noida, India or Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Build solutions that automate & grow customers business
- Understand business problem
- Work automation of business processes
- Collaborate with cross teams our product, design, sales, marketing and development teams to define feature specifications and timelines
- Define solutions to user problems and help set priorities
- Build solution design for business which will replicate across same or other industries
- Build high-performance, scale-able and maintainable user interfaces using the latest web technologies
- Keep up to date with the constantly evolving technology world
Required Qualifications
- Good consulting experience
- Passionate business problem solver
- Very good communication skills
- Proficiency and experience writing solution design
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Experience in API integration and solution design
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or equivalent
- Startup experience is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CRM, Inventory management and POS implementation
- Understanding of Database
- Internet of things devices and technology behind it
- System performance & operational load
