Customer Success Manager

Job Description
About the Role
This is no ordinary account management gig. You'll be the glue between our customers and our delivery teams, ensuring seamless delivery of wellbeing programs, building strong relationships, and keeping our systems sharp and efficient.
You'll work closely with our Clinical team, Consultants, and the Customer Success team to:
- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Coordinate wellbeing program logistics and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes
- Represent our brand with professionalism and purpose
- Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
Who We're Looking For
You're a natural communicator, a master organiser, and a customer champion. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and bring a thoughtful, forward-thinking approach to everything you do.
You'll bring:
3+ years in account or relationship management
Strong project coordination and communication skills
A passion for mental health and wellbeing
Confidence using tools like Microsoft Office, Accelo, WPM, and Dynamics
A collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence
